Understand the issues faced by end users on day to day basis and provide solution to their satisfaction. • Work with the development team for providing solutions to users. • Test the developments done to ensure smooth running in the organization • Carry out unit testing & facilitate end user testing. • Assess availability of new functionalities in SAP, test and deploy them for end users
