• He/ she should have worked on implementation on end to end role, like in Business Process Re-engineering, Solution Building, Blueprinting, GAP Analysis, Unit & Integration testing and Preparation of user manual, Managed implementation and enhancement projects from requirement gathering till Go live.
• Should be able to discuss with business users and come out with requirements.
• Should have knowledge of how to design custom development.
