• Exposure to Design Thinking processes to support UX/UI driven developments • Co-ordinate with the technical team and clarify the doubts on the custom functionality • Responsible to test all the custom development and ensure the requirement is met • Responsible to plan, and execute the Key user Training and User Acceptance testing. • Responsible to plan and execute the cut over activities with focus on Logistics (MM/WM)
