• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements, architect solutions and implement them.
• Ability to lead functional teams and ensure timely deliverables.
• Should be able to conduct workshops for understanding business requirements and map them to TPM solutions.
• Ability to work with vendors to get solutions to product issues in TPM.
• Hands on experience of 2 – 3 full life cycle implementation projects TPM including at least 2 as team lead.
