Role and Responsibilities
• As an Application Service Manager, will be responsible for end to end Service Delivery for identified SAP applications.
• Accountable for ensuring business functions are aptly supported by SAP systems along pre-agreed SLAs and parameters
• Accountable for the service design and introduction/assurance of project-scale changes to existing SAP services, and the implementation of new SAP services
• Should be able to envisage opportunities for business value addition and get it implemented in a diverse SAP and Non-SAP Technology landscape.
• Responsible for liaising with Business System Owners, Hardware vendors, Non SAP Streams and Product Vendors to ensure stakeholders across the value chain are made inclusive in Overall Service Delivery.
