Your key responsibilities: • Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action • Handle ABAP and Fiori development in Agile Scrum teams • Technical analysis of all the unknown/ new types of Incidents and Service Requests and assist the functional SAP Team members for diagnosis and addressing the root causes in order to either reduce/ eliminate repetitive Incidents or enhance efficiency in handling those • Participate into Critical/Major Incident resolution and communication process
