• Analyze incidents and service request
• Create tickets in Fayat ITSM tool (Matrix 42)
• Handle break-fix incidents and carry out necessary system changes and workarounds
• Escalate to central GSC SAP leadership team any unresolved incidents which require intervention
• Send reminders to business users whom tickets are pending for additional information, solution confirmation or closure
