Establishes metrics and reporting out procedures on some key performance indicators for the team. Manages the team allocation to different projects based on priorities and availability, sources for additional resources as needed. Be the point of contact with external teams like projects, operations, architecture, compliance and testing among others.Bachelor degree in Computer Science / MIS from an accredited university Must have 7+ years overall SAP ABAP experience with at least 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Lead. 2 Full Life cycle implementations (Development or Governance Lead)and must have 5-7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, programming for various modules as technical designer and developer.
