Associate will be majorly responsible for • Ensure high availability of customer service by supporting service restoration in critical situation • Operate SAP technology-based system landscapes to achieve ambitious SLA requirements • Deep dive on issues including creation or support of the creation of RCAs • Analyze current operational procedures and come up with proposals for improvement
