• Test SAP enhancements, functionality and any system upgrades. • Interact with business owners/users regarding configuration changes and master data validation. • Provide input on assigned SAP system module design changes/enhancements for improved systems, business performance and cost-effectiveness. • Identify problems and opportunities for improvements within HR Systems. • Knowledgeable with an IT SDLC processes and governance model when moving changes through system environments.
