At least 3 to 5 years of SuccessFactors / SAP ECC (On-premise) implementation experience or support experience.
A minimum of 1 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations.
Strong SAP SuccessFactors know how.
Exposure to SAP ECC implementation project / support assignments is desirable.
Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
Proven record in understanding application and business requirements and delivering results to stakeholders satisfaction.
Self-Driven in understanding new topics, commitment in execution of assigned tasks.
Education and Qualification/Skills and Competencies
