Must proficient in delivering enterprise scale solutions in project, starting from requirement gathering, UAT, Deployment, Training and Support.
Must have experience in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook Business Blueprint.
Should have experience in configuring the SAP SuccessFactors system according to new or changing business requirements.
Should have experience in supporting the development of the test strategy and test plans.
Should have experience in working on incidents that are raised by business users, reviewing, communicating, analyzing, fixing and correcting the issues.
Should have fair knowledge with SAP release management updates.
