• Configuration of SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Travel) • Handling change orders and service requests (3rd Line client support) • Be an advisor to customers regarding best practice processes and set up in the system • Communication with different functional teams and departments in the organization • Provide technical descriptions and work estimates, for change requests in cooperation with other units • Participate in specific customer projects
