• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. • Must have done at least one end to end implementation. • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and must be a team player. • Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations • Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution • Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices • Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
