Responsibility: • Build Operations testing capabilities for Incident and HCM. • Increase throughput of Changes and Incidents awaiting customer testing • Assist in Development of Checklists/Framework for typical changes - • Participate in Code review/Functional Reviews for complex tickets • Enable End to End Payroll automation - oncycle and offcycle. • Create Best Practice Documents • Recommend Process improvements
