• Good experience & knowledge on HCM solution – Employee Central and/or Talent modules • Certified in at least one HCM module • At least three end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors • Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate) • Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes
