Sales & Distribution & Customer Services (SD/CS) - Business partner and its interface / working with module - Knowledge in Contracts (Quantity & Value) - Knowledge on costing on Orders - Should have knowledge of Customer Services (Equipment, Serial Number, Notification, Warranties handling, Customer Returns, Refurbishments, etc.) - Should have knowledge on ATP and routes - Integration experience with EWM , Production planning, Project Systems, Materials Management, & Finance & Controlling. - Intercompany sales and treatment of cost incurred - Knowledge on timesheet and cost booking using timesheet is added advantage
