• We expect you to be experienced within the various SuccessFactors Modules and experience within HR Master Data (SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM PA/OM and data interfaces) area desirable
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with operation of SuccessFactors and SAP HC.
• You have experience with SuccessFactors configuration and can handle the daily maintenance activities.
• You are used to be in the front line supporting Super Users and End Users and take pride in delivering good experiences, but also automatically thinks how issues and addresses you meet can be avoided by optimizing processes, communication or eventually the system.
• You can come both with an IT and HR background, but will master configuration in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
