• Deliver a product /service /solution within constraints (schedule, features / functionality, and budget)
• Execute projects utilizing established standard project management methodology including planning, scheduling, monitoring and managing projects through the entire systems development lifecycle, while ensuring time, cost and scope meet the commitment
• Perform project cost estimation and create individual project proposals and estimates
• Administer project budgets , quality control provisions, and continuously seeks out opportunities to reduce operations costs.
• Apply lessons learned, determine project approach, define project R&R, secure staffing, ensure training, lead project planning, perform project tracking
• Mentor project members, promote good working relationship, make things happen
• Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the project sponsor and stakeholders
• Good to have PMP certification
