• Understand, interpret and convert business processes into system configuration and workflow • Work collaboratively with vendors and/or IT department for testing, debugging and implementation activities • Improve internal processes and procedures by utilizing HRIS functionality • Manage relationship with HRIS vendors and consultants • Participate in and perform audits to ensure legal and policy compliance • Provide training on new functionality as required • Document procedures for system updates and maintenance
