• Setting up the auditing policies, and managing events and alerts related to CMS, Audit and Reporting Database
• Regular check for sufficient availability of space for BO Web applications CMC, BI Launchpad, and other applications.
• Backup and Restore of Business Objects environment.
• Manage day to day scheduled report jobs from Instance Manager.
• Handling the support issues from business users.
