• Strong knowledge and hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP ERP. • Good understanding of integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with other SAP cloud systems as well as non-SAP systems. • Strong knowledge and hands on experience with SAP Personnel Administration, SAP Organizational Management & SAP Time Management. • Hands on experience with SAP HCM configuration for infotypes, Organization object relationships, country specific configurations. • Good knowledge of data replication monitoring via background jobs, SLG1 log reviews, SuccessFactors data replication monitoring. • Ability to perform data validation, compare data across multiple systems to ensure employee data is consistent throughout our landscape.
