• Experience in design and development of SAP Payroll (primary) & SAP Time (secondary) solutions.
• Good Command over SAP Payroll Schema, Operations, and PCR.
• A reasonable understanding of SAP Time Schema, Operations, and PCR.
• Understanding of SAP Compensation
• Extensive experience working on processing class / Evaluation class /Cumulation class.
• Knowledge of all other SAP HR modules ( OM, PA, Comp ESS/ MSS) would be good to have
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of workday payroll will be an added advantage
