• Using SAP must have a broad and deep understanding of project management using agile methodology.
• Responsible for providing project management leadershipfor the program.
• Must manage the project governance framework and beaccountable for ensuring program governance tools andprocesses are operating as implemented. This includesmanaging the risk and issue management processes for theprogram, assisting the work plan validation and optimizationefforts and providing expertise to work streams in takingissues to resolution.
• SAP Senior Project Manager require a leadership presence,can effectively partner with all levels of the program team,provide project management expertise, lead and influenceothers, drive results, and monitor and manage theeffectiveness of the program management.
• Should drive adoption of program governance through thePMO team and maintain and/or optimize the project plans.
• Handle the issue/risk identification escalation and resolution.
