Provide end to end business process guidance and solution definition for the configuration and gap development. Configure the SAP system as per the agreed solution definition Create test concepts, ensure quality assurance and participate in software testing Root Cause Analysis for reported incidents involving FS-CD, with recommended solutions & Requirements. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, work well as part of a team, is able to proactively accept responsibility and use own initiative, is focused to reach goals which generate an immediate benefit for the customer.
