• Understand the high-level business processes and requirements. • Understand how our IT solutions solve business problems both today and enable the business plans for the future. • Maintain technical and service domain subject matter expertise to provide input on future roadmap decisions. • Participate in the creation and maintenance of business, data, application and technology architectures.
