• Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors support models and SF troubleshooting skills • Having experience of working with migration from legacy ERP systems (PeopleSoft) to SuccessFactors a PLUS • Expertise in using tools like Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint with a firm grip for flow charts, process flows. • Produce the SuccessFactors solution documentation under the guidance of design managers • Preparation of Change Requests when required.
