We are actively hiring Arabic-speaking Customer Support Executives who can join our team at the earliest. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills in Arabic. Freshers are welcome to apply. This is strictly an on-site position at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support to Arabic-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

- Assist with resolving product inquiries, complaints, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Handle day-to-day tasks efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Arabic.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Freshers are welcome to apply – previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

- Must be available for immediate joining.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in an on-site role.
