• Knowledge in Program-KPro configuration like Multi-CAD interface with SAP through ECTR 
• Knowledge to upgrade all CAD systems, NX, Creo, Inventor & Solidworks.
• SAP ECTR installation - Coordination with BASIS team to install SAP GUI Fat client 
• Co-ordination with SAP technical team on the custom developments.
• Coordination with Third-party tools supports the team.
