• At least 8 of Hyrbis C4C experience with deep knowledge in Sales, CRM and POS business processes.
• At least 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs
• Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Experience in Integration of 3rd party applications like Groupware
