• A degree in computer science or a comparable course of studies
• 6 – 10 years of experience in HCM
• Experience on integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO, WM, PP and experience in developing cross function reports/dashboards will be added advantage
• Prepare End user training Document and support UAT
• Experience in manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes, especially “Order-To-Cash”
• Strong communication skills combined with a strong team spirit
• An independent, process-oriented and proactive way of working
