Response Informatics is looking for SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Gather and analyze client requirements, recommend and design HR solutions that meet their business needs, and ensure successful implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
Develop project plans, timelines, and manage project scope to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, its capabilities, and limitations
Configure, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Recruiting, and Onboarding
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports and integrations with other systems
Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve issues as needed
Create and maintain project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
Strong project management and consulting skills, with experience in delivering end-to-end projects for clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
