Mandatory Skills:
Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics module in EC integrated instance
Implementation of analytic reports (min 3 implementations)
Knowledge on SuccessFactors Platform, standard integrations
Knowledge on Employee Central entities, Foundation and MDF Objects
Expertise required in story, canvas and table reporting
Stakeholder management
Certified in People Analytics (Associate level should be sufficient)

ITIL Knowledge
Agile Knowledge & way of working

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and building operational and advanced reports and dashboards
Assist in reporting optimization projects to help realize the full potential/ right usage of SAP and SuccessFactors reporting and analytics solutions
Ability to develop complex calculated fields, troubleshoot report and performance issues
Collaborate with company System Management team, P&O Reporting & analytics team on the technical track, and prioritize business & information needs
Responsible for managing day to day processes, technical support and timely deliver the tasks assigned by company System Management team/ P&O Reporting & analytics team
Provide technical expertise in resolving issues anything related to SF reports and analytics module
Work during CET working hours to cover the India / Europe time zone
Share Industry best practices on implementation/ usage of report
Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users
Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure
Good Logical, problem solving, data interpretation skills needed,
