Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:
• SAP HCM Expertise:
• 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules, with at least 2+ years focused on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central, Recruitment, and Payroll integration with Onboarding.
• Onboarding 2.0 Skills:
• Hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Experience with customizations, forms, and panels within the module.
• Familiarity with business rules, permissions, notifications, and data models in Onboarding 2.0.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage and lead onboarding projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting onboarding-related issues.
