We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes across various departments The role involves conducting market research, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, competitors, and customers
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including primary and secondary research
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing research findings
• Collaborate with different teams (marketing, finance, product development, etc) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends that can influence business strategy
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating research databases regularly
• Present research findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in clear and actionable formats

Required Skills & Qualifications:–
• Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficient in using research tools, databases, and statistical software (eg, Excel, SPSS, R)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and data collection techniques
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Experience in a similar research analyst role
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced understanding of financial analysis and economic modeling
