Responsibilities and Duties • Sourcing through Job portals and social media. • Cold Calling, filtering and scheduling relevant profiles. • Generate new leads through existing candidates. • Process specific Head Hunting. • Following up with candidates to ensure joining.Ensure recruitment within a limited timeline. Skills • Excellent exposure to recruitment. • Ability to handle assignments independently. • Self-decision making.Very good communication skills.
