• At least 5+ years in email marketing with experience in demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns
• Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to increase provider activations, retention
• Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships & programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement.
• Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns
• Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
• Understand the esoteric nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholders
• Expert user of the basics: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
