• Lead the SBI Card Customer facing Digital channel (Mobile App), its strategic roadmap and customer experience • Manage complete User Interface designs and User Experience for the SBI Card App • Define, prioritize and execute Mobile App enhancement projects in collaboration with IT team and cross functional teams like Marketing, IT, Operations, Risk, InfoSec and Legal • Continuosly look out for opportunities to improve SBI Card App to increase transactions through cross-sell procuces and simplify self-servicing capabilities of the app
