- Lead change management workstream for Workday HCM or Financials go-lives
- Develop stakeholder impact analysis, communication plans and training strategy
- Design and deliver role-based Workday training (classroom, eLearning, job aids)
- Track adoption metrics: login rates, task completion, error trends post go-live
- Support hypercare phase with floor walking, Q&A sessions and helpdesk
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR or similar change framework preferred
