- Conduct training needs assessment for different Workday user groups
- Design and deliver Workday training materials: guides, presentations, videos
- Manage change communication plans during Workday implementation and go-live
- Track user adoption metrics and recommend improvement strategies
- Support hypercare phase with live training sessions and Q&A support
- Google Workspace and eLearning authoring tool experience preferred
