Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRMS Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), ensuring the effective utilization of HR technology to streamline and enhance HR operations. The HRMS Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the HRMS database, implementing system upgrades, and providing technical & application support to the HR department.


Key Responsibilities

HRMS Administration: Maintain and administer the HRMS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy. Perform regular system audits and troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Implementation & System Upgrades: Lead the implementation of new HRMS modules or systems to improve HR processes and efficiency project, including system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. • Data Management: Oversee data entry, data quality, and data management processes within the HRMS. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and analytics. • User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to HR staff and other endusers. Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions as needed. • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through technology. Collaborate with HR and IT team to implement process improvements and automation. • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HRMS compliance with legal and organizational standards. Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Vendor Management: Liaise with HRMS vendors and service providers. Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and system performance.

Qualifications:-

Education: B.E/B.Tech, BCA, BBA, MBA • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HRMS administration, including system implementation, maintenance, and support. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS software and must have worked with any of these HRMS (e.g., Darwinbox, Adrenalin, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. • Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including system implementations and upgrades. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in HR technology and digital transformation. • Advanced Skills: Experience with advanced HR analytics and reporting tools. Knowledge of database management and SQL
