o Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
o Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB)
o Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization
o Hands on experience in On/Offboarding Configuration and End to End Implementation
o Hands on experience in creating Panels, designing and mapping pdf forms, configuring New Hire Activities
o Good Knowledge in On/Offboarding processes and its feasibilities and limitations.
o Hands on experience in Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup
o Good Knowledge in Recruiting processes leveraging the SF RCM capabilities
o Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
o Experience in Integration with recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, any 3 rd and any other job portals etc.
o Experience in integrating RCM - ONB - EC
o Experience with Position Management integration with RCM
o Experience in Company specific Content Page Configuration: Benefits Page, About Us Page, Diversityp2 Page Employee Willingness Page
o Experience in creating Search Page and interactive Job Map
o Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) pages
