SAP Success factor Talent Management Consultant
At least 8 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Talent Management implementation experience or support experience
A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Talent Management project implementations
Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Talent Management know how
play a critical role in leading the deployment and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management
Work closely with a large team to deliver results for your client
Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the implementation and overall project success
Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project.
Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required;
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning consultant
Strong understanding of Performance, Compensation, Succession and Development and Learning best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred
