Experience :

- 3 to 5 Years with SAP Success Factor with Focus on Employee Central module implementation and configuration

- Experience in Post Go Live support

- Experience in End to End Implementation & technical configuration of Employee Central module


Qualification : Degree In HR or IT


Responsibilities :


- Lead end to end implementation / stabilization of Success Factors Employee Central module including system configuration of employee records , organization structure, workflow & position management


- Oversee the data migration process , ensuring that employee data from legacy systems is successfully transferred into Employee Central while maintaining data integrity


- Manage & maintain integrations between Employee Central & other SuccessFactor modules ( such as Payroll , Recruiting & Performance & Goals ) as well as third party HR systems ( eg payroll providers , time tracking systems )


- Provide on going technical support to ensure smooth functioning of Employee Central module


- Ensure the Employee Central system complies with local labour laws , ,GDPR and other regulatory requirements


- Develop reports & dashboards to give HR insights into employee data, organizational changes and compliance status
