Experience in Mobile & RBP
Have an extensive knowledge of requisition templates, application templates, candidate templates, talent pipeline, RCM-EC integration and Recruiting Groups/Roles.
Should have experience in banking.
Strong understanding of the Recruitment process
Excellent interpersonal skills-Verbal, written communication and collaboration.
