1. Solid SuccessFactors HCM background in a consulting environment.

2. SuccessFactors certified in Learning Management ; Calibaration & Succession Management modules (Valid as on Date). Certification on other SF Talent modules is desired but not mandatory

3. At least 3-4 full end-to end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycles.

4. Hands-on functional experience of SAP SuccessFactors.

5. Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.

6. Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business.

7. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills."
