Engineering degree with 5-10 years of implementation and support in HCM applications space in functional role Experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central is mandatory Experience in project coordination is required Should possess strong relationship & stakeholder management skills Should have strong functional knowledge in Success Factors HCM subject areas Should have designed and implemented custom objects independently Strong documentation skill for requirements, design, test, SOP etc. Should possess strong conflict resolution skills while mapping the cross functional business requirements to system capability Strong report building skill in Microsoft office applications Should be comfortable communicating at senior levels of the organization Familiarity with DevOps for defect and change management Must have a strong understanding of HR functional flows and compliances Should ahve hands on expereince of processing HR transaction on SF Role: Technical Lead Industry Type: Recruitment / Staffing Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development
