The consultant will support the solution development team in the global deployment of SAP Success factors.
He/she will be involved during the global deployment programs solution design phases with multiple enterprise integrations and third-party vendors.
Implementation experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance management /Goal Management (PMGM)/SP/COMP implementations.
Competency in more than one will be an asset and preferred .
Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors support models and SF troubleshooting skills.
Having experience of working with migration from legacy ERP systems (PeopleSoft) to SuccessFactors a PLUS .
Expertise in using tools like Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint with a firm grip for flow charts, process flows. .
