We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the organizations human capital management (HCM) needs. The individual should have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, integration capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
System Design and Development:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and efficient SuccessFactors solutions.
Develop, customize, and configure SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
Implement and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
Customization and Enhancement:
Customize and extend SuccessFactors functionalities to meet unique business processes.
Implement and maintain custom workflows, forms, and business rules within SuccessFactors.
Data Management:
Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into SuccessFactors.
Develop and maintain data interfaces to integrate SuccessFactors with other systems.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of SuccessFactors configurations and custom developments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SuccessFactors configurations, custom developments, and integrations.
Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest updates and features in SuccessFactors.
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other business units.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related issues.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors Developer.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Learning.
Strong experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Integration or similar middleware.
Knowledge of SAP HCM and related modules is a plus.
Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is highly desirable.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
