We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactor EC_CBS Consultant to join our team. As an EC_CBS Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Employee Central Certified with minimum two end to end implementation experience
Having an in-depth understanding of EC data models
Configuring EC workflows and writing complex business rules
Being well-versed with EC APIs
Writing Functional Spec and Conducting Workshops
Providing functional support for integrations
Collaborating and communicating effectively within the team and with clients
Undertaking knowledge transfer and handover of SuccessFactors configuration workbooks and functional/technical documents when appropriate

Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactor EC_CBS Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Experience in implementing end-to-end EC solutions and integrating with other modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
